Girls soccer: Kahuku beats Moanalua

Kamaile Aluli and Jaelyn Lowry each scored goals and Kahuku beat Moanalua 2-0 in OIA East soccer on Saturday.

Kahuku is unbeaten at 7-0-2 this season while Moanalua dropped into second place at 7-2. Na Menehune have been the class of the East all season.

>> Danielle Chang, Destinee Hanaike, Deandra Muraoka and Tayzha Cubit all scored goals as Castle shut out Kailua 4-0.

>> Kaiser got a hat trick from Noelle Mercado and Savanna Arakaki added another goal in a 4-0 win over Roosevelt.


>> Mattea Jergovic scored twice and seven others scored once as Kalaheo beat Kaimuki 9-0.

>> Tori Chinen scored five goals and Kalani beat Farrington 7-1.


>> Kaile Halvorson and Shay Nakahira each scored two goals and Punahou punished Pac-Five 6-0.

>> Alisha Kahele-Manners scored two goals and Kamehameha beat Sacred Hearts 5-0.
