Academics and athletics are going hand-in-hand at Campbell.
A recent article by Paul Honda of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser and Hawaii Prep World mentioned that all of the seniors from the two-time reigning state champion Sabers softball team are going to be playing in college next year.
Here is the list of Sabers and their plans for studies and ballplaying next fall:
>> Cydney Curran, 2B, Cal State Bakersfield
>> Alecia Kupihea, C, Olympic College (Bremerton, Wash.)
>> Kiani Telles, OF, Midland (Midland, Texas)
>> Chardonnay Pantastico, SS, Hawaii
>> Caragh Morris, 1B, Utah Valley (Orem, Utah)
>> Sierra Mariano, OF, DP, Cal State Stanislaus (Turlock, Calif.)
>> Elisa Favela, P, Bossier Parish C.C. (Bossier, La.)
>> Darien Robinson, 3B, Southwest Baptist (Bolivar, Mo.)
What an amazing program. 100% of the seniors on the team receiving scholarships. What kid wouldn’t want to transfer into this program?
