Kamehameha will go for its second straight ILH cheerleading championship tonight at Kamehameha beginning at 6 p.m.

The Warriors won the other regular season event, scoring 324 on Oct. 13 to beat Punahou’s 316.25. ‘Iolani was third in that event with Pac-Five a close fourth. Sacred Hearts and Damien will also be competing at the ILH championships.

The top three teams will advance to the state championships Nov. 14 at the Blaisdell.

Sacred Hearts will be the first varsity team on the mat tonight, starting its performance at 6:56 p.m. Kamehameha follows at 7:06 with Damien at 7:16, Punahou at 7:26, Iolani at 7:36 and Pac-Five closing the competition at 7:46.

Results are scheduled to be announced at 8:15, a full hour after the defending champions finish their performance.
