BCS offer #40 for Eletise: LSU

It took some time, but Louisiana State University has come around on Kaiser offensive lineman Michael Eletise. The Tigers made the 6-foot-4, 305-pound junior a scholarship offer on Saturday. Eletise now has 40 BCS offers and one from a Division II program. He shared the news on Twitter this morning. Friday, June 5, 2015 Clarence T.C. Ching Field University of Hawaii Hosted by PIAA, the turnout has been incredibly large. So much so that the allotted 400 jerseys are out. Late signees were encouraged to bring their own jerseys in case. The registration lines were long for almost 90 minutes. Beatty to play for U.S. men’s football team

Former Kahuku and Colorado linebacker B.J. Beatty has been selected to play on the U.S. men’s national team assembled by USA Football. The team, composed of 45 U.S. football players ages 20 and up, will compete in the 2015 International Federation of American Football World Championship, a seven-nation tournament to be held July 9-18 in Canton, Ohio. Pearl City to get Fieldturf, new track next year

During spring football practice on Thursday, the Pearl City Chargers’ offense was on one sunburned field and the defense was on another. Both of those fields were adjacent to the main football field at the school’s stadium, the one with beautiful green grass growing.
