Leilehua coach Nolan Tokuda retires

Longtime Leilehua football coach Nolan Tokuda told Hawaii Prep World this morning that he has retired from coaching. Tokuda cited family needs (young children) as his primary reason for stepping down after more than a decade as head coach. He will also apply for the athletic director position in July. Saint Louis senior quarterback Tua Tagovailoa confirmed that he will graduate from Saint Louis early and depart for Alabama in January, according to a report today at SEC Country. Tagovailoa is an oral commit to No. 1-ranked Alabama and will not visit other schools. The letter-of-intent signing day is in early February.
