The Warriors visited the Trojans for a scrimmage on Saturday, both coaches and a couple of players took time out to give their thoughts. Kamehameha kicks off its season with a home date against Waianae next Friday and Mililani starts it up for real the next night when Saint Louis comes to visit.

Kaiser hires Kila Kaaihue as new baseball coach

Kila Kaaihue is Kaiser’s new baseball coach. He was hired Sunday by principal Justin Mew. The former major league slugger who played his high school ball at ‘Iolani retired as an active professional player in 2015.
