Campbell to play football game in Arizona

Campbell is taking a trip to the mainland for football this fall, according to head coach Darren Johnson. The Sabers will play O’Connor High in Phoenix on Aug. 31. The game came about due to Johnson’s connections with Eagles head coach Steve Casey. Johnson played wide receiver for Casey at Arizona Western and then was an assistant under Casey at Arizona Western. The Eagles, who are a 6A team in Arizona, went 3-7 a year ago. “We talked about it […]
