The Tar Heels of Honolulu, coached by Kelly Grant, won division championships in 9th and 10th grade over the weekend in Las Vegas.
They defeated the Bay Area Knights 46-33 in the 9th grade Level 2 division final. In the 10th grade Level 3 final, the Tar Heels defeated the Colorado Cardinals 54-42.
Grant is the head coach for Maryknoll boys basketball.
