After a victory over Santa Margarita (Calif.), No. 2 Punahou is headed to the finals of its own invitational.

The Buffanblu’s semifinal victory pits them against Rhode Island’s Bishop Hendricksen after it edged Sequioa (Calif.), 60-56, in the first semifinal.

The championship game is set for an 8 p.m. tip-off at Punahou’s Hemmeter Fieldhouse. It will be streamed live on Punavision at http://www.punahou.edu/webcasts/index.aspx

They always lock us out of tournaments and stack everything against us, even in basketball. Where is Kahuku in this tournament? They all just scared of big red. What a joke.

Nobody scared of Kahuku, football or basketball, they not in the Punahou tournament because they already started the OIA season, and we can wait for the state tournament to play them
