Micah Dunhour, Academy of the Pacific basketball: The 6-foot-5 senior scored 18 points in a 38-27 win over Moanalua, then tallied 22 points in a 46-43 win over then-No. 1 Kamehameha for AOP, a private school with an enrollment of 73 students.

Girls

Kirstie Rosa, Nanakuli basketball: The Golden Hawk poured in 36 points in a 69-67 win over Kalani in a showdown of Oahu Interscholastic Association White Conference (Division II) title contenders. Nanakuli improved to 7-1, handing Kalani its first defeat.
