Kaiser volleyball coach Noborikawa steps down

Kaiser girls volleyball coach Ernest Noborikawa decided to step down from the post after the fall season for personal reasons, Cougars assistant athletic director Bryan Almadova confirmed last week.

Noborikawa spent 16 years involved with the program and won the 2009 OIA Division II championship as the head coach of a team that had Nikki Taylor on it. Taylor spent four years with the University of Hawaii program under coach Dave Shoji.

Kaiser is in the process of finding a replacement for Noborikawa.
