Mililani offensive lineman Andru Tovi tweeted Monday that he orally committed to Utah State.
Tovi, a 6-foot-3, 325-pound guard, was part of the Trojans’ state Division I championship team in 2014, when he was named to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser All-State first team, and Mililani’s state runner-up team in 2013.
Mililani made the state semifinals in 2015, Tovi’s senior season.
