For the second straight year, Kahuku and its large turnout of fans will gather in Las Vegas for a big time high school football game involving two nationally-ranked teams.

The Red Raiders, ranked No. 23 by MaxPreps, will play No. 16 Bingham (Utah) in the second game of the Polynesian Football Classic on Saturday at Sam Boyd Stadium.

In the first game, Liberty (Nev.) High will play Alta (Utah). The Patriots are coached by offensive coordinator Chad Kapanui, the former Roosevelt and Hawaii standout.

Kapanui has spent a decade with the Patriots turning Liberty into one of the top football schools in Nevada.

Saturday’s doubleheader will be available online for $9.95. To order, click the link here.
