The vigil for Dayne Ortiz at Farrington High School on Monday night drew about 1,000.

Our staff at the Star-Advertiser covered it. Here is a photo gallery by photographer Bruce Asato.

This afternoon, the team headed back to Mokuleia for a light practice. After that, at the Ortiz ohana’s request, the team will be at the beach where Dayne disappeared, coach Randall Okimoto said.
