Maryknoll being patient, worked the ball around for about 45-50 seconds before taking a shot and scoring, thus going up by 20. Now Punahou has the ball, down 20 with about 3:40 left in the game. It’s practically over. I don’t understand the decision to sit back in a zone, down 18 with no ball pressure, allowing Maryknoll to run as much cloak as they want and to take the shot they want. Coaching lost this game in my opinion. This is why there are co-head coaches this year. Admin brought on AD Tita Ahuna to be a co-head coach to assist with parent complaints being made since the end of last year and about 5-6 returnees threatening to play Varsity 2 before they were told they could not.
