Why not high card draw or roll of the dice or small straw wins or even rock paper scissors? Playoff is not an option so here is my opinion. With three teams tied, their head to head scores against the other two teams total points tallied will determine higher seed. If two are tied, go to the head to head game. If three are tied go to the total season games total points difference in games won. Highest tally will determine seeds. If tied, go head to head.

Winner of Tied Schools: If there are multiple ties, resolve the standing among tied schools that have played each other.
Example:
(1) KAILUA/KAHUKU TIED – WINNER OF TWO (Head to head)

(2) KAILUA/KAHUKU/CASTLE TIED – KAILUA BEAT CASTLE AND KAHUKU; KAHUKU BEAT CASTLE AND LOST TO KAILUA; CASTLE LOST TO KAILUA AND KAHUKU.
1ST KAILUA – 2 WINS (Between these three teams tied)
2ND KAHUKU – 1 WIN
3RD CASTLE – 0 WINS

4. Point Total: Add up won/lost/tied standing points of all teams beaten – highest total best.
Example: KAILUA, KALAHEO, KAHUKU 3 WINS, 7 LOSSES. KAILUA BEAT KAHUKU, KAHUKU BEAT KALAHEO, KALAHEO BEAT KAILUA. (Between these three teams)

KAILUA BEAT: KAHUKU BEAT: KALAHEO BEAT:
KAHUKU– 3-7 3 PTS KALAHEO- 3-7 3 PTS KAILUA- 3-7 3 PTS
McKINLEY- 2-8 2 PTS McKINLEY- 2-8 2 PTS McKINLEY- 2-8 2 PTS
KAISER- 4-6 4 PTS KALANI- 3-7 3 PTS KALANI- 3-7 3 PTS
9 PTS 1ST (Between these three teams) 8 PTS 2ND (Kahuku beat Kalaheo head to head) 8 PTS 3RD (Kahuku beat Kalaheo head to head)

Although Kahuku and Kalaheo have same point totals, after you break the three way tie, you revert back to the 1st tie breaker which is head to head.

5. Coin toss: Flip a coin with “odd man” getting highest ranking: Then, go back to beginning of process with remaining multiple tie teams.
Example: AIEA, ROOSEVELT, WAIPAHU FLIP A COIN ROOSEVELT WAS “ODD MAN”. AIEA BEAT WAIPAHU REGULAR SEASON.
1ST – ROOSEVELT
2ND – AIEA
3RD – WAIPAHU
