I live on the Big Island and have officiated basketball for many years. I can remember when Todd came to Kona and played in the Konaweana High School Girls Summer Tournament for years. Thats when he started his basketball program for girls. He and Bobby Awa became good friends. Both were awesome coaches and met each other in many HHSAA Girls State Basketball Tournament over the years. Blessings out to Todd Rickard, a great coach!
