Yes, Devin played basketball at KS Kapalama in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. Intermediate teams were split even, and her freshman year she was on JV Blue that won the ILH for JV that season.

I believe Devin also played her 9th grade year for the Kamehameha JV Team. I do not recall if she was on blue or white. I think it was blue.

Yes, Dr. Richard Kasuya. Teaches at UH-Manoa.
Coach Aguirre’s first official season in MIL play. Semantics.
Devin did play at Maryknoll before transferring to Kamehameha, but she never mentioned playing hoops at Kapalama in intermediate. I still think she would have been an incredible force for the Warriors in two sports if she had wanted it. But it’s tough to argue with Texas and national team volleyball.
