If we had run an I against Leilehua the game would not have been close. We played to their quickness and it showed. They would not have been able to stop the power run and I do not know why we did not even try to do it. When half of your plays are QB keeps (no matter who it is) you are not going to do much (without mixing it up and disguising it better). If we use the athletes better for what they are made for, it will look the Kahuku’s we are familiar with. And I like the transition over to other formations but do not abandon what has worked for years. It will be scary if and when they put it all together. Go BIG RED>

The Mules beat Waianae handily earlier in the year and all though Kahuku’s offense was a no show last week the Red Raiders just seem to have more athletes then Leileihua which allowed for an awkward win. The Mules had a better offense that night but considering that Kahuku has had better offensive outings never did I think that the Mules were the better team. Kahuku still got chance to make a run for a title.

Lets see what happens this week against Waianae. Tuli is a great leader and we need him at QB to lead us. Our defense is stepping up at the right time so that helps but offensively I hope we find the right formula before the playoffs start. Lets Go Big Red!
