It’s really the offense for Kahuku. As HI HS FAN said they’re trying to run RPO but that Mililani game had negligible numbers of run plays. You gotta be able to run if you really wanna pass to receivers…

Kahuku needs to get their offense untracked. Are they going to be a running or passing team? Seems like they want to go with a RPO type of offense. However, the key is to establish the run first. Their offensive line needs to do a better job of blocking. Mililani’s defense had eight men in the box and continuously blitzed up the middle and from the outside. If Kahuku falls behind early, they’ll have a difficult time coming back because they lack an efficient and effective passing game. Their defense needs to play lights out and shut down Waianae’s offense.

Coach C is saying the right things…let’s hope is translates to the field. Very happy that TJ got reinstated and hope the other kids learned a lesson about being disciplined and not letting emotions get the best of you.
