I always felt 1979 was their best team ever, even though Kaiser beat them in the OIA final. Is it possible for the Seariders to return to their fomrer glory? It has been a steady decline for the program ever since the 1980 Prep Bowl. Waianae came in as heavy favorites against Iolani, but got destroyed in that game. I had never seen Waianae get pushed around like that before, all gamne long, both sides of the line of scrimmage.
