C’mon! I am yet to find a no-nonsense, experienced (from college and/or high school) competent, motivating, less political, less arrogant/less prideful, positive coach that knows, scheme, player personnel and can teach life skills and build leadership skills. All in one. These kids come from families as well that bring some baggages of innate social and dysfunctional interesting issues.

I think all these coaches are trying their best. Because even Kahuku don’t have the ideal coaches. There are a few on that staff last year and the year before and maybe a few on this season is skeptic. However, there are quality coaches on that staff as well. Punahou is the same way. Just like other schools in the state. It’s a hit and miss.
