Oregon RR4L here, but I tell you what folks, all the trash talking ’bout high school this, high school that, It boils down to support for any and ALL Island kids making it to a higher level. No matter D1, D2 or community college, we all should support them.
To me, it don’t matter that Tua beat my high school and that he played for our rival St. Louis, the way he represents Hawaii in being humble and kind speaks volumes of the influence his parents and the staff at St. Louis had on this young men up there on the Mountain.
So I will be following the TIDE this next couple of years.
And this goes for all the HIgh Schools back home, be it young men or young women, they represent all of HAWAII.
