Looks impressive when they come out on the field with ..100 kids and 18 assistant coaches. Really, all you need is a good vocal and teaching (techniques) offensive, defensive and special team coach. The rest of the coaches take up space and waana be coaches.

St. Louis has always had large squads for all 3 levels, even before the school went to a K-12 school. Unlike the other sports like basketball and baseball, where they can place the athletes into a division II, or in the case of Punahou, a blue team and a gold team, football doesn’t have that luxury.

FYi- Last year 2016 Cal also complained about the ILH intermediate not able to play outside leagues, its getting almost as old as the OIA fan boys complaining about recruiting.

Wow, didn’t realize St Louis lost so much of their returnees from last year. Should be Pun and StL again battling for title although Kamehameha has “Boogie”, a very underrated QB. Sad that the ILH schedule is so boring, same teams playing each other over and over again. Everyone suffers, the players, fans, schools, parents and the public in general. Guess I’ll try to get a season pass like I did in HS. Not sure if can, but will try to purchase for my mom (aka “Uber”) and myself.
