#1 Kahuku admin is not interested in recycling a local. If they were they would’ve hired one last year.

#2 Biggest mistake they can make is hire another inflated resume instead of the right personality and person for the job. Leslie had supposedly 17 championships and it wasn’t the right fit.

I believe they should hire a younger coach and allow him to build the program with the new vision that Kahuku has for the future. Get the right person with the right heart for the community and the job. Frankly just about anyone can win games at Kahuku. This is a lot more about the overall philosophy the school is trying to create across the board.
