ALWAYS!!! It’s 808 vs EVERYONE!!! Whether you one Red Raider, Trojan, Crusader WHATEVER. I hope St Louis beats Gorman. And i’ll be rooting for the Trojans when they play Liberty and Bosco. And may Punahou have all the mana so they can be victorious against them Jack Rabbits of Long Beach Poly. Lets get it Hawaii!!!

It’s knowing they’re a nationally ranked team…the only one in the entire state. They’re at a level that needs to play other national powers or they’re seen as a joke on a national level. You can take your 4 peat in a weak HS football state and shove it when you duck other nationally relevant teams.

They had a chance to play other national powers and they chose a Bishop Gorman squad that is coming off its worse season since it made its run. You guys who live in Hawai’I don’t know that BG was a national power due to its So Cal players.

Guess where they play today. They play for Bosco and Mater Dei.
So congrats, Cal Lee on taking the coward’s way out and opt to play a BG squad that’s a shell of its former shelf when it could have played IMG.

Puns scheduling LBC? I agree, that should be a good game to watch.

Regarding Big Red, if the coaching rumors are true, I think Sterling made some positive moves, especially with the unconfirmed “adds”. But honestly, this is one of the very few years where no one really knows what we’ll see come August.

In all respect(begrudgingly) to StL, if they still have a travel ban, I can see why it would be hard for them to schedule some teams given that people usually like to do a home and home format. Hats off to BG for coming out again…although I think they probably use games like this as a recruiting tool to get kids to move to Vegas.

And let’s all be honest, from every angle, the Crusaders look like they will 4-peat this year. I’m praying really hard that Coach C and the coaching staff will get their act together, AND, certain kids come back home to play from where ever they went(wishful thinking)…but until further notice, StL is back on top.

RRFL!!

They win at football but nothing else. Give props to their football team because they deserve it, but the rest of sports and academics are sub par so leave them alone. They pay private school tuition for public school education. They average what 4 full rides a year to college for football?
I read that Punahou got 12 of their kids full rides to D1 colleges. Millilani, Kahuku, Kapolei all have the same amount of kids getting full rides or free tuition as St louis. As a parent would you rather win A state football title or have your kids win at High school(free college education)? Exactly, stop picking on St louis they have already suffered enough.

I’m going to root for Mililani but not sure who there QB is. Rumor has it that Kobe Muasau (Punahou) was thinking about transferring.
It’s interesting that they call it an “Aloha Classic” and they have it at 2 different locations?

That would of been crazy if IMG did play Kahuku. Interesting too that they pulled out of playing Liberty too. What’s going on over there?

Also, heard Punahou scheduled Long Beach Poly. That should be good too.

Such as Kamehameha or Punahou or another school?. I just wanna know if you would be an equal opportunity hater?

St.Louis domination in winning and recruiting clearly would come tuition with a 4 peat. It would send the HS championship into circa 1980”s where Cal Lee”s State team dominated. Go back to old format ILH can play themselves with Prep Bowl ILH vs.OIA champs. At it is now, Outer Island does not want to play Open. Win win for everyone, plus it would stop to say a MililanI team from stacking island wide Polynesian talent from Kalihi,Halawa,Waianae Aiea etc.etc. You will see recruit starter’s on Mililani team this year thar wasn’t on last year’s team. Unreal.
