Ummm if it was a blocked punt or went off of a defensive player I probably still be a live ball! But if you the first to touch a punt its down by contact! Not sure what rule book we are looking at here lol!! But yes if there was replay a lot of stuff could have been fixed! Like the touchback that wasn’t called when he fumbled ball out the back of the end zone! Or the touchdown that wasn’t called when it clearly showed he was not down, he was on other players just to name a few. But for him to use that one play as to the reason why millilani lost is well! I keep my comments to myself. Nuff said!!
