I wonder if he is going to make all the kids pray before games? Even if some of them might not want to. From what I heard he was kicked to the curb at MoHS. And he has tried to get the head coaching position 2 times at Kamehameha. First he was turned down and they took Cosbie. Then he got turned down again recently and they picked Maafala.

I heard Coach Arnold was not welcomed back at Moanalua. He was still teaching there even though he was not coaching. It’s easy to produce wins when your enrollment is 2,000 plus and your school has the most G.E.’s in the state. Let’s see how he will do with approx. 1,200 enrollment.

it’s called blatant recruiting, All the OIA AD’s should be ashamed of themselves they looked the other way for so long and allowed it to happen. Miano used his college recruiting skills to lure recruits from all over the island and even Kauai, bringing in a QB when Kaiser’s starter was lost for the season due to an injury. Hats off to Miano for his ingenuity.

How did Rich Miano get those kids to transfer? What did he have to offer?
Looks like Kaiser asked Rich Miano to leave, but nobody is saying why.
