It’s not a prediction. Lahainaluna deserved to be No. 5 on my ballot. Doesn’t mean they go unbeaten. I put my game predictions on Facebook yesterday, Kaiser over the Lunas 19-17. Cougars’ loss to Campbell made them a better team in the long run. As Lunas coach Garret Tihada said after the game, they’d never played a team like Kaiser this season. Nobody was close.

Two good teams on that field tonight. A lot of penalties (over 300 yard combined), but the Cougars played so well defensively.
