MG – He Went to Iolani, went to Punahou to Redshirt, went back to Iolani for whatever reason. I’m glad he’s doing well. His oldest brother was the most successful at Punahou compared to the middle one. Best of luck to his senior campaign.

MG- He was at Punahou and left for whatever reason. He has grown into a beast at Iolani. His older brothers graduated from Punahou and are also great young men. Its unfortunate he left but its great that he is making his own path.

ILH, what do you mean by that? That the Kamana ohana offered him up to the Puns, for a price, but that they balked, and then the Iolani Red Raiders stepped up to the plate and offered him major financial aid? Is that what you are implying? He got to be the keiki of one “Carter Kamana”,
who played for Kamehameha late 1970s and then at Michigan St in the Big Ten. Uncle John Kamana starred at Punahou in football, basketball and the 200m run in Track and Field. Started as a freshman on Punahou’s Varsity basketball team. Was on the same high school basketball team as the popolo President Barry O’Bama.
St Louis and all their recruiting has decimated Hawaii state high school football.
