Ok just heard about this,and looked at the upcoming schedules. So OIA only agrees to this if they get their home gates.Look at all the home games they get against ILH with one matchup sprinkled in at Aloha Stadium. for instance why does Millilani get St Louis at home,along with Punahou,and Kamehameha.Kahuku gets Punahou,and Kamehameha at home.imo continued bias against the ILH trying to give Kahuku or any OIA team a chance to win it all. wish the ILH was more competitive cause if it was I say forget this format,and just have a ILH/OIA championship at end of year.again not only much revenue to these home OIA teams,but total crowd home field advantage.

why aren’t more of the “big” games played at the stadium. Not enough room to accommodate the crowds at some of these schools.

Why is it that the JV Teams are left out of the schedule?. When can we expect a schedule?., There’s no information on how the JV games will be played. These player’s are the foundation and future of our programs.

How did st. Francis drop down to division 2 when at the end of last season they were in division 1? Plus the play off was Damien against st. Francis.

Pun vs RR game going to the stadium. Overheard a little birdie telling another birdie.

Ive changed my perspective on this whole home field advantage thing. Cant do anything about it, especially since the OIA was going home with their ball if the ILH didnt agree to some concessions.

OIA schools have no excuse but to win now. Theyre getting the gates, concession and the home field advantage. And the ILH has shown integrity by factoring all games played, OiA and ILH, into determining ILH Champ, unlike, ahem, you know who.

^^^ This was discussed earlier. The OIA agreed to this schedule only if they could host games and keep the money in the OIA. If you add up the parking, tickets and concession stand money, that is some cash that these schools need. I’m talking about the schools like Waianae, Farrington, Campbell.

Why is it that our Buff and Blues gotta play at a weed field in Waianae and Kahuku and St.Louis gets the Stadium? Are we fodder for OIA?

This is the first year for this historic High school football season make it a good one and make it work. addressing the schools just my opinion if you know the game is coming home to you guys that night send in your second third strings make it a good game for the players and ever body watching a comfortable lead is good enough common sense will let you know we all benefit unless its St louis Kahuku,St Louis Punahou,Punahou Kapolei or Hawaii Mainland I think theres still unfinished bussiness lol!!!:)

No understand why ILH open will play 33%less football then the OIA OPEN. That means 33% less chance of injury and more rest? Huh?
