I feel bad for Coach Bo and the legacy he brought. But like all the schools in Pac-5, they want to brand their own school name and not the Pac! I just hope that the other schools left in Pac-5 can find a way for the kids that want to play football, cheer, etc…a chance to compete in the sport they want.

Don’t forget the Atisanoe brothers, Junior and Salevaa (who went on to greatness in Sumo as Konishiki). Lia Moevao, Taunuu Lolotai, Garrett Gabriel and Leroy Lutu are other Pac-5 athletes worth mentioning. Sad to see Pac-5 break up like this.

The current Mid-Pac administration truly reflects today’s society. It’s all about ME and I don’t care about YOU!

This selfish decision by Mid-Pac will create a chain reaction that will result in lower enrollments at all the other Pac-5 schools. All the future football boys and cheerleader girls will go to other schools to play their sports.

Very unfortunate it came to this. Feel like people saw this coming from their initial pull out of Pac 5 during Covid. I do not think Wagner and Turnbull understand what they are doing and the tradition of Pac 5. I think it is time MPI gets some new people up there. Maybe some locals who understand what the school is about instead of keep bringing in people from the mainland. So sad to see the direction the school is heading in.
