All games aside you posted something very interesting and i would like to get your take on it. You wrote “other than the OIA and ILH Champ, who really is the #3? The polls mean nothing. And since there are no head to head regular season matches between these teams, no one knows.” Well since you believe there is no clear #3 how is that there is a clear #1 and #2? Polls mean nothing, other than last years title game there was no head to head and the ILH is considered the stronger Division by many. Punahou and kahuku did scrimmage earlier in a 3 team scrimmage with Farrington and scored 5 to 1 against kahuku. Yet Kahuku is #1.

There are 2 champions, an OIA and ILH. Since both teams get a bye and you put the league #2 opposite of its champions, then it’s really irrelevant who is #1 and who is #2. It only matters to you and your merry alter-egos.

And you are bringing up a controlled scrimmage? That is your data? A 3 team scrimmage about 2-2.5 months ago where they rotated offenses and defenses onto the field with 3 teams?

Man you really are ignorant. But at least you are trying. It’s not getting better. But at least you are trying.

There are clear #1 and #2 teams since there is a thing called a league title. Kahuku won their league title so they got a bye. STL won their league title so they got the other bye.

And since the selection committee obviously used criteria from years past, other state tournaments, the language they used for almost every team sport for the past 20-30 years they placed the remaining teams accordingly without using a fabricated and meaningless newspaper poll.
