Waianae’s best defense vs Mililani is their OFFENSE. Just keep it on the ground and eat up da clock = keep their defense rested while Malepeai sitting on da sideline.

I believe Waianae wins with that formula because their defense is also much better vs the run and Mililani’s o line run blocking is average. If Mililani beats Waianae it will be because their 2nd string QB has the game of his life. Milton makes a HUGE difference vs tougher teams.

Moanalua who? No disrespect but It was a no match after watching how their defense move to the ball during Malapeai’s 1st TD run. Easy win for the millz. Waianae’s past 2 games has given them the confidence. It may be a different ball game when Millz QB are pressured. Very easy to throw a pass if your not pressured. Everyone thinks it hard to contain their run, but it is very very possible with only 1 running back. Plus, pressure on their QB will make Timoteo work for that pass which I haven’t really see him do, I may be wrong but once you are out of cink, and things go out of its norm, it will be much difficult because the situation has not yet arrived. Adjustment will be made but maybe too late. Good luck to both teams!!

It looks like Mililani defense has improved against the run also. Like we agreed before Mililani vs Kahuku OIA finals, unless Farrington finds away to stopped the Raida’s run with all the big linemen they have. Don’t think Waianae is going to be much of a challenge for the Trojans. Good luck to everyone

Vae is one of the best running backs in the state and a respectful humble young man off the field as well. I like Mililani’s chances against any defense with their balanced passing and running game. Gabriel looked comfortable as a starter and has lots of options to throw to even without their #2 receiver Ventura last night. The defense holding Moanalua’s #1 M. Feliciano and #4 Yuen in check was also key. Waianae is a better team and will be a much tougher game for the Trojans.

I just seen the replay on OC16, this guy is just sick. 200 yards in one quarter! Amazing
