Waiakea on the Big Island got theirs like 4 years ago, while Hilo got their release last November. Considering how “bad” Kahuku’s field is, it doesn’t really surprise me.

This is not to say that these improvements are Very Much Needed, Deserved and Badly Overdue …. But is this somehow another ploy to garner votes for political party candidates of the near future ? !

This is interesting because does anyone really believe that this was projected and scheduled in any State CIP ?
