SDSU assistant Jeff Horton (former UNLV HC and Wisconsin assistant) is a big fan of Hawaii high school players and actively recruits the state. I guess if you’re from Hawaii and you chose to live somewhere else, San Diego would be the next best place as it’s quite nice and a very livable area (weather, beaches, laid back atmosphere, etc).

Hawaii was the first to offer, I would see Ronley at all Hawaii home games, and when UCLA rescinded Steven Lakalaka’s scholarship didnt UH step in and offer him a scholarship that he took? And you choose to play at a rival school? Cant wait to San Diego State comes down to Aloha.
