Yes Mililani is giving out scholarships. Gratitude Scholarships and making promises that cant be keeped, Check the roster, 50% of the team does not live in Mililani.

Why would Taulia sit behind Tua @ STL when he could start & shatter records as a Freshman @ Kapolei !
He was so good that June Jones went to coach him @ Kapolei. His dad obviously made an excellent choice.
Everybody today thinks you need to play @ STL or Mililani to get a scholarship? “FALSE”

The only thing he can do, prove at practice that he is better than the Bianco kid.
All the recognition means nothing to Coach Ron.

Goes back to my question, sit and be a Champ or seek another team where he can start.
Kind of feel that he would have benefitted by transferring out to the mainland during Covid.
But maybe that wasnt an option or even desired.

To be honest, quarterbacking is a learning process that for many begins as early as 5th and 6th Grade Elementary School. Kekahi is in the right spot at the right time. He will learn from excellent teachers who have taught others to move forward to the next level. To be honest, would Taulia be in a better position today had he stayed at St Louis like his brother instead of Kapolei?

You gotta give this kid credit.
He is earning MVP honors @ most camps, earning scholarships and getting high praise from coaches all over but still will not even start @ his own high school.
Most kids would transfer to another school to start & play rather than sit behind AJ Bianco.
