@Public Scholar – Your info is dated see if you have money and power, then you can play. So last year when it wasn’t safe for OIA the ILH had a season. This year, we hope that by Sept 24 OIA can play but that isn’t a guarantee the only guarantee is that the ILH will have a season. OIA will be pounding sand in about 3 weeks from now. Told that because the hospitals are full that its not safe enough to participate in sports, AFTER of course everyone is vaccinated :).

According to some people @ Kahuku, they wen sasa Mililani…cannot go by that. I agree with your ranking. Last state champ was St Louis. They deserve to be rank #1. Kahuku was the last OIA champ. They deserve #2.

Until they play head to head match ups or teams playing the same opponents…so let it be written…

Is September 24th already? I am seeing all these results of the ILH competing in various sports in August AFTER the HHSAA adjusted the start dates to allow for athletes to get vaccinated. So there should be no high school sports starting yet.
“To comply with the Department of Education’s pause on extracurricular activities until September 24th, the HHSAA calendar allows for three full seasons from that date. Until that time, leagues will be allowed to govern themselves as to what will be allowed.” (https://www.sportshigh.com/about/articles/2021-08-13-HHSAA-press)
“…Until that time”, means September 24, 2021, unless the ILH is not going to be participating in the HHSAA this year, but based on the revised Football schedule they are, against teams that are forced to be idle for close to 2 months, while the ILH is able to gain an advantage by continuing to compete and practice.
