Are they the smartest? No they are not. But they are nowhere near these scores:

Math Meeting Standard – 28%
ELA/Literacy Meeting Standard – 20%
Science Proficiency -26%

If my kid came home with this I would feel that I failed as a parent and I would get the resources to help it change.

You Maam, well you would blog, hence the current status quo.

Maybe provide some RTI?

@Realistic – hands down St Louis vs Mililani because that is going to be the most competitive semifinal by far. Kahuku vs either of those teams is no where near as interesting…except to us RR4Ls.

GO.BIG.RED.

IF NOT IT WILL BE ILH TEAMS IN THE FINALS EVERY YEAR!!! Congratulations on St Louis Alumni for teaching and coaching out there on the North Shore.

As a spectator, what you you rather see? Kahuku vs. Waianae/Baldwin or St. Louis vs. Mililani/Hilo?

Rule #1 – unseeded champion in the same bracket as the #4 seeded champ (irrelevant in D1 football). Rule #2 – a league’s second place team MUST be in the opposite bracket of that league’s champion. (Mililani MUST be opposite of Kahuku, regardless of the other seeded champions). Had St. Louis been seeded #1 overall, Kahuku would’ve been #2, and then Mililani would be playing Baldwin and Waianae would be playing Hilo. As far as times, that’s probably an OC16 matchup request. Putting the “most intriguing” matchup for the second game. Hence a potential St. Louis vs Mililani matchup is more intriguing, and if Hilo beats Mililani, it still would be intriguing vs St. Louis.
