@LeeBoy as far as preseason scrimmage…that’s EXACTLY what it was… and I remember that in that scrimmage, Trojans D couldn’t stop our run…not once. Only time their D stopped us is when we were PRACTICING our passing (which obviously sucks).

So… If can’t stop the run (and Trojans weak D has shown they cannot stop teams with weaker run game)… and… all we do is RUN RUN RUN… then Trojans offense will be the one that will have to score pretty much on EVERY possession… seriously. And that’s a lot to ask of ANY offense against our D. If you argue that then you’re just talking bubbles.

Waianae’s much better Run Defense had ELEVEN guys in the box most of the night… and still couldn’t stop the run… ELEVEN!! And you think Trojans D is going to do better??? Just go cheer on da sidelines.

@hi808… “MillVille” will lose to Kahuku in OIA championship game. There… I said it. 1st of all Trojans are dumb if they put Milton back in too early… What happens if he gets reinjured in that game?? States is the ultimate goal… So I doubt he will be back early…especially vs Kahuku D. Their O-line is ‘LIKE WATER’…and he will be scrambling for his life on every play (which is why he got injured in first place).

IF he can make it back fully healthy for STATES, then why would they jeopardize that by bringing him back too early. Trust me… I WANT to see him play us…that would be awesome… but he and his family and the team need to think long term – he has great potential at the collegiate level – no need to jeopardize that for a POSSIBLE (longshot) title.

Well 88 i tried to bring positivity back into the picture but i guess it fell on deaf ears…. My introduction of bringing my wife and kids into the conversation was to show that i did not go to mililani (cross town rival) but still supports their school because of my boys who have played there. My manhood is well intact and sorry but YES i could buy an entire gym if i chose too. That is because of the hard work and opportunity given to me through football. You may criticize, judge, and belittle all you want but if putting people down with condescension and sarcasm is what you do, who you are, there is nothing left for me to say to you. BEST OF LUCK TO THE KAHUKU RED RAIDERS AND THE REST OF THE TEAMS COMPETING IN THE PLAYOFFS… BE SAFE AND GO GET’EM…

@88 and Good Story, my feelings are not hurt, far from it. My time has come and gone. I support my alumni and my wife and kids school. I guess i handle and support them much differently. 88 your responses are not a reactive thing. Let’s be honest… Its there on the other forums. You guys say “hit the gym” and “grow some” is a bit childish but my response to that is should i pay for membership or just buy the entire gym and train for free. ALOHA….
