100% correct,….it’s about team, and it’s sold to the public as team work all the way. I think that they didn’t have to give it all to one player, they still could have won if they would let more kids get the ball. They probably would have won by more points if they would have passed the ball. They killed roosevelt with 4 tds in the air, and still ran over 100 yards. The more i think about it the more it looks like a low class move. I bet No one will say anything…it’ll just go as a win. Yeah life’s not fair but we should always try to do what is right. I guess the question is, does the ends justify the means?… All credit to the kids that work hard all year and get no love, true fans see you. God bless you young men and women that sacrifice for Lahaina.

I really love Lahainaluna football. Been to almost every game for almost 30 years. We’ve seen the ups and downs of this team. I’m happy for their forth title but I’m not happy with how they won it. They’re better than what they showed, they are a total team that can pass and rush on offense and their defense is stout. Josh is, if not already a Luna great, shouldn’t have done it alone. There’s other key players who could have contributed more. Bookland, Perez, Sales, Sandoval, Sa, Storer is just to name a few, who can play and should have gotten more playing time. Lunas had 2 pass attempts? Josh had 36 carries? This isn’t right! The fans came to see a team, not a one man team.
