Yet another poster on this forum, using the pseudonym ???, has voluntarily offered evidence that he/she is or was among the 43% of students at the Kahuku Intermediate and High School who have demonstrated their inability to perform at the level of proficiency in reading, and likely reading comprehension and writing and language skills too. At no time and nowhere on this forum has Pakelika ever explained Pakelika’s life. This individual using the pseudonym ??? either suffers from dislexia or has a great deal of difficulty with reading comprehension. ??? is not in a position to judge or determine whether Pakelika has too much discretionary time, and if ??? thinks so, of what concern is it to ??? and why should anyone care? ??? also is not in any position to restrict comments on this forum to any particular topic. The real bottom line here, as opposed to the relatively trivial one so important in the mind of ???, is not football games but rather the more than a century and a quarter old prolonged and unlawful military occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom by the USA, causing Lahui Hawaii and its environment and resources to stagger under that oppressive weight.

Auwe unwittingly has revealed his/ herself as prima facie evidence of the effectiveness of American brainwashing in the occupied territory of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Rather than feel insulted, as Auwe undoubtedly intended, Pakelika sees an opportunity here and would love to invite Auwe to make an appearance before the Royal Commission of Inquiry that has been formed by the Council of Regency of the Acting Hawaiian Kingdom government for the purpose of gathering facts about the commission of war crimes in the occupied territory of the Hawaiian Kingdom since the beginning of the American occupation, and submit those facts in a report to all the contracting states of the Geneva and Hague Conventions, and international organizations such as the International Red Cross and the International Criminal Court for consideration of possible further action. If Auwe is a Hawaiian Kingdom subject, and sincerely believes otherwise, especially if that belief is that Auwe is an American, that would weigh in as evidence against the USA-evidence that could be called prima facie, meaning evidence so clearly apparent that it is primary and on the face of Auwe by reason of Auwe’s testimony and is sufficient to prove that the war crimes of brainwashing for the purpose of Denationilization and Americanization have occurred. It would require the USA to present substantial contradictory evidence to effectively refute the war crimes charges of Denationilization and Americanization accomplished through inculcation-which is brainwashing. It is impossible for the USA to present such evidence because it never lawfully acquired the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the Hawaiian Kingdom over it’s territory by the means of a treaty of cession, there is no treaty of cession between the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States. There is no other evidence that the United States could present to disprove the war crimes charges. Auwe seems to believe that identifying oneself as a Hawaiian Kingdom subject in the present means that one must revert to a lifestyle of an earlier time and give up all and any modern conveniences. Auwe believes that anyone who identifies as a Hawaiian Kingdom subject is confined to the 19th century, why? By what sophistry of reasoning did you come up with that odd conclusion Auwe? On the other hand, any Hawaiian Kingdom subject like Pakelika could very concisely and logically explain to Auwe why the Hawaiian Kingdom continues to exist, why it is under a prolonged unlawful military occupation by the United States, and what is currently being done to correct this outrageous injustice and violation of the sovereignty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and international law. Auwe writes nonsensically and instead of appearing to be clever and insulting, Auwe is displaying ignorance about the lawful political status of the Hawaiian Islands, the effects of American brainwashing, and is the living embodiment of an observation made by the British television writer, novelist, and nonfiction writer Dresden James: “A truth’s initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed.
