The HSSAA’s formula for all sports Is you divide the amount of teams in your division ( ILH would be 4) by 6 (the amount of slots available in the tournament) that would give you .6 that would round off to 1. OIA has 14 ÷6= 2.3.it is what it is until till someone makes a change.

The rules need to change so the top teams are playing for the title.
