was one super long night for Castle when you give up 49 points, give up 223 passing yards, give up 351 rushing yards, have a player ejection, too many missed tackles (where’s the defense?!), penalties etc.

Castle need to stop their senseless, selfish penalties. Their players need for understand how it affects the team. If the players don’t have consequences for these, they will continue. Probably no more any consequence and that’s why these penalties happen.
