Simple simon- did they really rest their players? This is why I believe this one year open division was not thought through. You loose, but you don’t go home.

The ILH regular season is just like that. You could lose the regular season, but win their “playoff” only to have to face the regular season winner. They are imposing their “second chance” philosophy on the OIA.

Last years’ championship half time interview with the head of the HHSAA, rewatch it, they ask him about combining into an Oahu division. He indicated that there has been talk, but he doesn’t know how close it is. He also just took a check from the bank. I’m guessing he is not the puppet master, but is the puppet.

I just finished watching the St. Louis/ Kahului game, again. I noticed that there was no “first down” clips played after Kahului first downs. I found that courious.

I think Leilehua is resting most of their players because they think they have a chance in the D1 State playoffs. So sad.
