Both teams should be commended for a good, hard-nosed football game. However, Waipahu, has proved that they are the real deal. They are among one of the better teams in the state. They have a very explosive offense. They can pass the ball wth the other passing teams in the state. Their running game is dominant with their dominant offensive line and quick and powerful running back. Al though he is only a sophomore, he has already established himself as one onwho can be among the many great backs in Hawaii high school football history. Their defense is stout and stellar as well. I believe Waipahu could win the D2 State Championship.
