I think youve beat that poor horse to death already. We get it, you dont like the HC’s coaching style.

But, are you now saying that those players left BECAUSE of the coach? Were there any other factors?
And at what grade did they leave the school?

I know another list that seems to be getting shorter the #DTP List.

It might be a very short list but attend a Damien Varsity Football game and sit on the Damien side. No Coach should use that much vulgar and degrading language towards his players. Check the record of how many football players have left the school and got football scholarships, compared to the ones that stayed and Graduated from Damien. That list is short…..

As a former Coach and Alumni of Damien, I have personally witnessed the negativity and foul language used by the Head Coach. I have since removed my son from that negative environment and now playing for a better Head Coach.

Too”Moving on” (you seem to write “moving on” more than a few times. But you keep commenting. Like this lady in the office next door, always saying, “O.K., I bettah shaddap now, but guess what? She keeps on talking), you cannot ASSume that coaches cursing and using racial words ISN’T happening. And even if it ISN’T happening, the lessons is, they shouldn’t start. Think progressively instead of just ‘“moving on.”

I dont know about having less/same/more coaching experience but I know that Damien has been beating St. Francis “like a drum” in football.

Btw, that is poor technique and could lead to injury.

^^^ Really glad you pointed that out. The picture shows the Damien kid leading with his helmet and head down. This picture can be used as a example of what NOT to do under the new rules and regs.

Meanwhile, many people feel that St. Francis have less experienced coaches than Damien, but the picture shows the St. Francis boys with good form of heads up and arms ready to reach out for the tackle.
