Big Red D will always be tough, this we know. Question is how much will they open up on offense. Last yr they had no means, and honestly wasn’t necessary. Yes, passing will diversify their attack. But, until someone has the horses, or in this case the “hogs” not sure change is truly needed.

The dline might be a little young but still in its growing phase, but the secondary and Lb’s were flyin, they look ready. On offense Kahuku might as well be Tailback High, they have a stable of rb’s from Harmon Brown the JP kid from the jv last season nd another tongan rb…. and from a few sources kesi holding more college offers to play defense then offense so that could be another reason for the move.

Far ahead of my expectations for a team supposedly rebuilding. Offense really struggled for big red but the future looks good. Soljay really impressed and that full back from the jv was beast!! No wild cat smash mouth for kahuku with Kesi on the defensive side of the ball. Maybe saving it for later?

I notice that all 3 QB’S that took snap hihave no zip on the ball they throw floater out that and knowing that ever single team we face this season is passing defence they will be having a field day! The run is our bread and butter no matter how much the coaches try to hype up the passing game. The 4 returning RB’s and the 2 that came up from jv will be the work horses this season again I think!.. cause we have no passing game!!!!

Scrimmages dont mean a thing, its just a time for coaches to see what their 2nd and 3rd teamers are made of.
