@Da-Lou – Isn’t Mika Tafua from North Shore side as well? Thought I heard that somewhere but I could be wrong. Just wondering.

In the past couple of years kids transferred out of Kamehameha. Kaniho is the latest and see what Kahuku gained and the Warriors lost. Last year All- State players Salanoa Wily, Alohi Giilman of Kahuku and Ty Purcell of Mililani were all at Kamehameha together and transferred out after Sophmore year. Kamehameha needs to get it together or else more kids will be transferring out. Jus imagine Salanoa Wily and Mika Tafua on the Dline with Gilman, Purcell and Dylan Kane in the secondary. Kamehameha can only say what could’ve been. Congrats to Kahuku and Radford!

Matuu, I never knew Kekaula was at Kamehameha. When I was a kid growing up in the 1970s, ALL Hawaiians wanted to attend Kamehameha and play for the Queen. Back then, the students actually looked Hawaiian. Nowadays they look like something else.

Kekaula was at Kamehameha and transferred back along with a couple of others who wanted to play for the team they watched as children and dreamed of playing in high school. Aliki was not interested in the ILH.
