Vegasnative, I believe parents will believe what they want to help their kids succeed. No HS will give out scholarships to athletes, which even a guy like me understands this. Its a myth that goes around because people are gullible or just plain ignorant. Also, a successful program like BG should be able to keep their differences in house. Last thing, I’m not or claim to affiliate with BG, I hope to God to have the opportunity for my kids…Its again I hate it when people hate when we as parents are striving for the same thing. But you are right the TRUTH will let people know what to expect, it’s exactly what hawaii folks needs to know..

@biggsarge pls remember that the post got hostile when you accused me of my initial post. I stated what I knew and know about the history of BG’s success. These kids that you bringing up , I have no clue what you are talking about. I also wanted to share the TRUTH with people so that they know what they are coming into. BG doesn’t give out scholarships and find athletes no matter how good you are. That’s the truth. Just remember , I wasn’t the one that leaked your name on here

Vegasnative, I never said anything negative about your kids…Actually I applaud you for raising student athletes..my beef is the hate on others…I look to people who help shaped their kids future, in this case you have done so with 3 student athlete which is an amazing feat in itself. However hating on others irks me because we as parents are all in the same boat. I would say congrats on that, but the hate is not what I’m about especially when I’m trying myself to better my young ones…this thread has taken a wrong turn when our kids are brought up..I respect what you accomplished with your boys, I hope to God to do that as well, but I don’t have hate what so ever to other…God bless and Aloha

Vegasnative, you are definitely an idiot and to find out you don’t know what okole means, shows that you are straight hater with no Hawaii ties at all..I’m not a BG parent because I live in Hawaii and My kids are not old enough to be in High school..So with that being said, go back to your miserable life you troll..Hawaii boys will continue to shine at BG and you will sit on your couch and hate on these kids and their parents trying to make a future for their student-athletes.
